How to Make a No-bake Oreo Crust with Sprinkles!
Okay, I'm going to start us off with a statistic: Did you know that 9.5 of 10 no-bake crusts I make are made with Oreos? Yep, I love 'em. I love rainbow sprinkles too, so you better believe I'll use them every chance I get! Here's how to make a no-bake Oreo crust with sprinkles-- perfect for adding a burst of color where it's expected the least.
This Oreo crust works perfectly for cheesecake, mousse, pies and bars. It requires only three ingredients and three steps. Awesome. This recipe, sans sprinkles, is my go-to crust formula for all no-bake cookie crusts.
No-bake Oreo Crust with Sprinkles
Makes one 9-inch round or square crust.
Ingredients:
24 Oreo cookies
4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
2-3 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
Step 1
Use a food processor to crush Oreos into a fine crumb. Slowly add melted butter, then pulse until the texture is even throughout. It should look like wet sand.
Step 2
Add sprinkles into the cookie-butter mixture and stir together until the sprinkles are dispersed equally throughout.
Step 3
Turn out mixture into a 9-inch springform pan (pictured above). or square pan and spread evenly. I find it best to use a dry measuring cup as an aid to press down the crust and press halfway up the sides of the pan.
Refrigerate the crust for at least one hour to firm and set before filling. Enjoy!
